Motorguide xi5 won't turn Lt or Rt. Help!!

I have a xi5 that won't turn Lt or Rt from neither console, foot control, or remote. I can hit anchor from either and the prop turn on , but will not turn. What's the problem?

Board or turning module. Disconnect the module from the board and put 12 volts on the wires. if it runs it the board. if it don't run it is the module.

Brad are you referring to the board control at the base of the mount? and Is there a schematic of the turn module wiring that shows were to apply the 12volts ? Thanks in advance.

I have the same issue. When using the remote you can hear the transmission motor cycle on but the motor doesn't move. If I jump 12v directly it turns. Is this still a control board problem even though I hear it come on?

It looks like you have a bad transmission module. If I got it sounds like it is running you and it is not turning it's not a control board problem
