Buzzards at Safe Harbor below Wheeler Dam?

Are there still issues with the buzzards below Wheeler Dam at Safe harbor boat ramp? I like to use the ramp but don't want the buzzards pecking the rubber on the new boat puller.

It's weird. I live across the river on BlueWater Creek and we have never had problems with them. It's just at that boat ramp, but i haven't heard of any problems lately with them. I was over there about a week ago and didn't notice any.

They kinda disappeared.......me thinks TVA might have ask them to relocate!
