Wanted to go out today, but it would not be too fun, even in the small ponds.

Yea, this wind BLOWS, if you stayed on the west side of the lake, it wasn't too too bad

I went out friday and saturday, it was a battle

I was able to catch 4 nice ones Friday, biggest was 4.3, 4 bass for 11.66

Saturday I caught 10 but the size was smaller, 5 biggest for 9.71

The wind is getting old, BUT, it has made the fish stay very consistent thanks to the mostly consistent wind direction. Pulled up 2 more 4+ lb largies off of the same shoreline in two consecutive weekends, the bait and bass have been stacked up over there since the wind started. Saves me time looking for them!

I could deal with the wind better if it would just warm up a little! Mid 40's most days with a 10 - 20 wind gets a little uncomfortable

We need leaves on the trees. Makes a world of difference in the wind and sun light transferred into day time heat.

Thinking spinner bait out on The Broads right about now. Smallies suspended at 15 ft in about 60 foot depths is what I’m thinkin. Shoot right up and whack that Speed Demon...
