Thanks for posting link.
Had a feeling this was commimg. Sometimes laws and rules have to be made to protect those who for one reason or the other can't or won't protect there self and there familly.
Planing a trip to PK next week.. I doubt it will slow down the pleasure boat traffic there. will be interesting to see how many boats are packed with extended spring breakers.
