    Yes, that's is what I'm thinking. I was at that ramp a month ago. It's in bad shape to begin with for a Oklahoma State Park boat ramp.

    The Camera guy must be the same guy that thought it a good idea to disconnect the trailer. That said this is on FB and it looks staged.
