I just purchased this boat. Most of all the lids especially the livewell lids are mushy to walk on. One is cracked.
Where could I get new ones. AND why did this happen.
Thanks for the help.

It is happening thanks to the EPA who ruled use of the kind of gel in the process used to make fiberglass boats and their parts was too polluting and that it could no longer be used. The result of an acceptable type of gel is squishy lids and blisters on the hulls. Your tax dollars at work.
"The man of system is apt to be very wise in his own conceit; and is often so enamored with the supposed beauty of his own ideal plan of government that he cannot suffer the smallest deviation from any part of it…He seems to imagine that he can arrange the different members of a great society with as much ease as the hand arranges the different pieces upon a chessboard.” Adam Smith, The Theory of Moral Sentiments
Too bad. I have an older Stratos and it has aluminum hatch covers.
Maybe you could use fiberglass to make an X pattern on the under side.
Try Great Lakes Skipper on eBay
You might find them on Great Lakes skipper. You can likely also purchase them from stratos. Would be exact fits.
Have replacements made from aluminum. Might be a good time to re-carpet the boat.
I have a 294 that had the same problem with the livewell lids. I cut 1" square aluminum tube and bolted it under the lid. Totally solved the problem, there pretty solid now.
