Man, I love my Loomis rods! Here’s my problem with your question.... how are you fishing them? I fish whacky on a nrx 852c and I fish them Texas rigged in more open water with a 893.... then when flipping in bushes I could end up with an 854. If I had to pick a do all? Maybe a nrx or glx 853 for middle ground. It’s really depends on how your fishing them. Just my 2 cents

Gonna depend on how you fish it.
My Senkos are Texas rigged weightless 99% of the time and I’m pitchin or making very short casts. So for me, Falcon weightless worm rod.

Dobyns DX 743 casting for texas rig/Neko, DX743 spin for wacky rig. These rods have a lot of power but still good tips for skipping under docks/trees etc. The DX744 cast is also a good choice if you like a little heavier power rod, and the DX703 spin if you like a shorter rod. These rods are also available in some of the other Dobyn lines.

ALX ZOLO Maestro - spinning - AWESOME for senkos
ALX ZOLO Mitch - casting - specifically designed for casting senkos under docks and under the limbs of cypress trees on Santee Cooper. Skips, slings, etc very well. Short at 6'6" but gives the right angle of approach for low targets
ALX ZOLO Dream - casting - good, all around 7' medium. Works great with senkos, but gives you the ability to fish other baits like worms, topwaters, buzzbaits, etc.

All are US made with our US made blanks.

Just don’t buy the Mojo Bass rods then.....made in China. I’ve found the Premiers to be a great value for years.

My favorite all around Senko rod is a Loomis GLX or IMX Pro 853.

For the most part I fish em whacky with no weight. I also like a longer rod if that helps.
