    Bow running light

Don't laugh guys, may be a dumb question. I have a 2008 21 X2 and when I turn my nav light button on, the fuse kicks out. Pulled the bow running light base and there is a cylinder in front of where the bow light plugs into with two wires coming out of it. These two wires are in a plug with the running light wires. Two questions: what is the cylinder, and, if whatever the cylinder is goes bad, will that cause my nav light fuse to kick out?

Kyle, you probably have the bow light/horn base unit like on mine. The "cylinder" is the horn. They wire up together and I would think that's possible. Does your horn work?
