    I didn't watch the video, but is he talking about Spirit baptism being the form for this dispensation and not water baptism?

    Good morning faithfulfish. I am not sure what your definition of "spirit baptism" is. There are some crazy definitions of that phrase in todays churches. Its a great video maybe you will have the time to watch it.
