The high water makes it a challenge to unload at some ramps but if you know where to put in at you can launch. Its best to have two people or your getting your feet wet. I do know of one ramp where you can unload solo and not get your feet wet. There is at least 3 ramps I know of that are not usable. Two of those are in shallow areas and one is a main lake ramp. Water color is light stain to almost clear in some places. Bite is scattered...you might fish 3 areas and not get a bite then pull in on an area and find fish.

Last day of summer pool at Green River Lake was November 21, 2019....135 days ago and still counting. That's 4.5 months of high water.

Well that sucks. Happens a lot on Cumberland. See bedding fish & come back a couple weeks later & water not even close to where the beds were.
Emerald Isle should still be usable but the marina is closed so no bait or anything.
Here is what will probably happen. High water, high water, high water, water drops to normal levels and it goes straight to stupid hot and the lake falls on its face.
Weather has been bizarre the last couple years.
Gonna happen to Barren too.
