    You might try turning your phone off and restarting it. I was having problems connecting to mine at first. Turned off the phone and restarted it and problem disappeared

    I've been pleased with my Charge system, but when I make overnight trips and plug my boat in, I seem to always have trouble with the C-monster app working. When I return home, it works fine. Don't understand. I happen to have an Ionic battery as a house battery, so I use that to monitor my charge.

    Easy fix and it was user error apparently. So it showed under unassigned products so then I had to get to where I would select it and then drag it up to my boat. Specifically I had to drag those three gray bars to the side of the power pole unit on my phone. From there I had to configure the charger which initially wasn't showing my cranking battery and couldn't update. However getting out of the app and then reconnecting I was able to figure it out. Thanks for all the help guys.
