    Mercury Verado DTS hotfoot

    Hi all,

Is there a way to deactivate a TH Marine hotfoot from the DTS system on a Verado 350 SN:2B541814 without having to take it to a dealer?

I bought it from Ranger with the hotfoot installed and I would like to remove it. I did disconnect it but now the MercMonitor ECO has an alarm and also I would like to change the switch so when I start the hand throttle is active.

    Thanks,

    Tim

You would have to have the system Re-configured by the dealer in order to accomplish this.

DO NOT unplug DTS components as doing so will cause Engine Guardian (and has obvious safety implications as well).
