    Thick cut bacon loaded with coarse black pepper can't be beat for breakfast or BLT's.

    Also makes pinto beans step up when added to them.

    I like thick cut bacon. My jar of bacon grease never gets old in the fridge. It gets used.

    Sorry guys but not something that’s done here.. Wife disposes of it all IF regular bacon is even used..

    Probably a good thing with the cardiac issues..

    Can't be as crispy as a potato chip for me. I like it done in the oven better than fried.

    I will never understand why some people cook turn around and scramble eggs with bacon grease either. Greasy eggs are horrible....

    Cook it to almost done, then put in the oven at 170 degrees until the pancakes or eggs get done. Perfectly cooked and slightly crispy bacon without being too done.
