I now bake it in the oven. Put a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet at 400 degrees. I turn it once and when I turn it I tip the baking sheet and put enough grease in my egg frying pan. Personally I like mine a little crisp. Not shatter fall apart bacon but a little crunch. Once done set the baking sheet aside to cool and the. Just slide the parchment paper into the trash. Most of the time I don’t even have to wipe off the baking sheet before putting away.

The same way we do ours.
Much tastier and a lot cleaner.

Sorry guys but not something that’s done here.. Wife disposes of it all IF regular bacon is even used..

Can't be as crispy as a potato chip for me. I like it done in the oven better than fried.

I will never understand why some people cook turn around and scramble eggs with bacon grease either. Greasy eggs are horrible....

Cook it to almost done, then put in the oven at 170 degrees until the pancakes or eggs get done. Perfectly cooked and slightly crispy bacon without being too done.
