    Smoked Bologna

Smoked a Bologna chub yesterday with Cherry wood chunks. Sliced it up this morning. Tasty.

I did about a 1/4# chunk and it was good but I could only tolerate so much. I removed the red wrapper and scored mine.

Smoked bologna is awesome, on samiches, or just cut up with some cheese and crackers.

Yet another thing I am adding to my list of things to smoke this year. How long do you smoke it for?

I used this method, which will work on any smoker not just the WSM.

Smoked one last year and it turned out great. Not one of my favorites but was a hit with everyone else. Try coring it next time stuffing with cheese.
