Any idea when TP supplies will catch up again?

It's been two weeks and the shelves are still bare. It's not quite an emergency for us yet but will be in a few days.

    When people quit hoarding it.

As I understand, the mills already run 24/7, so they don’t really have any capacity to crank it up.

Check a local CVS / drug store, Dollar store etc. If you really need it. Mid May would be my guess.

The gal at WM said folks buy it and go across the aisle to FedEx and send it to their family. (True story). The guy at Homeland told me the old folks wait in a line before the store opens on ‘senior hour’. It’s a parade straight to the TP aisle. I still don’t understand it. If you need that much TP, even if you’re buying for family, by now C-19 is not the problem.

It gets delivered daily but sells out within minutes. It's ridiculous.

If you run out, you can retrieve the roll from the boat to use. Just don't forget to restock the boat once the shortage has passed!

Try a regular grocery store early Monday or Tuesday morning. The weekend frenzy is over and people are sleeping in. Others on the road are headed to work.

It's ridiculous. There are people who already have months worth of supply that are buying more because they think they won't find it again.

I have to think that when this is over there will be a lot of households that don't buy TP for a LONG time.

I saw it in a WM and a Kroger recently. Had a fair amount too...caught me off guard. We are good but I texted some people that I thought might be low but they were good as well.

Some stores have implemented a no return on TP policy as well so the hoarders will be stuck with it.

I hope the stuff deteriorates and all the hoarders' fingers break through (know it won't, but a guy can still dream).

Oh, and I wish them all epic dingleberry infestations.
