looking at a mercury lower unit that has 06 03 14 then under that it has 11p320, I think this came off 250 pro can some one tell me what year motor this will fit,, thanks

If it did come off a 250 pro xs in 2014 it should be a verado style case or a torquemaster. If it came off a 3L motor it will likely bolt up but if you are putting it on a 225 or higher pro xs the first thing I would confirm is that the lower unit drain screw is on the bottom of the prop shaft carrier, behind the prop. Casting numbers rarely yield any useful information.

First number is the manufacture date. Last number is a production marking, with no useful meaning to us. Suggest a picture (from side), and preferably serial numbers of at least YOUR engine (if not both engines).
