    LED Trailer Backup Lights.

What are guys using now for these that work good for seeing at night when backing up at a dark ramp? Any particular brand and model. Want something good and not junk nor problematic.

I have some Rigid style rock lights that are bolted into the back frame of my trailer that I wired into the reverse wires.

This is the route to go. I just installed rigid lights on my trailer and it’s really easy to wire to plug OR if you have trailer brakes, tie into the blue wire. I have the diffused lens. It’s suppose to give more of a flood light effect. Very handy.

Used these on my last boat and they worked great. Submersible to 3 ft for 30 minutes, never had an issue. Need to order some for this trailer then figure out how to wire since this trailer has trailer brakes and that pin is now used I believe.

If it has trailer brakes, splice into the blue wire.

I added these to my trailer. Very bright and like that they can be adjusted. I have them adjusted to direct light a bit to the side instead of directly behind the trailer.
When backing up we use the side mirrors. Lights shining directly behind the trailer doesnt help much. Lighting up the side of the ramp behind the boat is more important.

I added the old lights basscat used to sell about 4 yrs ago. Not for sure why they quit selling them. Though im sure there was a good reason! I am confident basscat sells quailty component. Mine are awesome bright as well

Ranger Parts has an LED back up light reto kit. I think I paid $60 both lamps and trim rings. Not spot lights, but bright.
