I just want to give a BBC shout out to PolarKraft195 who is from the great state of Ohio for his recommendation of Attwood Battery trays. I just spent the last 3 or 4 days replacing my trays. I'm sure some of you guys could have done this in an hour or two but wrangling 50 pound batteries for a 70-something is a little exhausting.
These trays are great. They secure to your battery platform with your choice of screws and the top frame secures with over sized plastic wing nuts (with SS thread inserts) that bite into the upper frame with opposing slots/teeth. These things are solid and at around $15 these can't be beat. Links below (but I bought mine from Walmart, online).
Also a shout out to Blue Sea cap insulators. I only found them on Amazon and a little pricey but perfect for a bass boat application (link below).
