Picked up the used Laser 2 for $150 and had about another $150 in it to have Mark work on it, but I needed a new prop anyway so does that count? Then another $200 for the Jackplate.

Ok I turned my motor into a 115 hp I can touch 45 MPH now, but I can't run wide open or it over revs and sets the alarm off. I want to swap to a 4 blade stainless but should I go with a 21" pitch or 23" pitch since my 22" pitch Laser 2 isn't enough?

I would go with a 23 if it's to tall mark can turn it down 1 if you need.

Another thing you might do is make a post on the setup page and ask Pat Geoff for help. He has forgotten more about setting up boats than most will ever know.

I ordered a Turning Point Express 4 blade 23" pitch. If its too much they can swap it out for a 21" pitch for $35.
