"Best Prop" for one guy is not the same for others.... Elevation, Load, etc are different. 25T1 is a good all around prop... Hard to find a good one.

Marks 25 Razor4 XL would be a good 4 blade.

How many rpms do you turn with the 27 Tempest plus?

I run the same boat but I have the 250 OX66 and I run a 27T1. The 25T1 should be right for you. I will even drop to a 25 in the summer heat/humidity to keep rpms up.
If you lug that engine, it doesn’t make all it’s HP. Need to prop it to at least 5900 rpm.
The T1 has been the best performing prop I have run on that hull.
