So here is the issue. Just put a new Force on the boat. After all of the updates, I am getting an error on my Active Captain App (Galaxy S9) that says "Missing Active Captain Memory Card".
I have tried reformatting the card that is in slot 1 and it still does not work.
The app on the phone says updates are ready but everytime I connect to my Garmin I get the same error.
Need some advice from the smarter folks here on what to do.

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

On the MFD, Choose the ActiveCaptain app. Use it to make the card an ActiveCaptain card.
My wife asks if I'm going to fish every day. I can't fish every day. Some days I might be sick.
I did both as suggested above. Still says the same thing.
Is there two units with AC cards in both?

What MFD(s) are you using?
Try to save your waypoints.
Info->User Data->Data Transfer->Save To Card option.
The reason for doing that is to check that the card and card slot are functioning. That doesn't have anything to do with AC.
