For me it is triple grips on cranks except for lipless. Those I use round bends.
I haven't used triple grips on anything. I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to free my baits as easily with the bow-n-arrow trick. I could be wrong. You're gonna need several different sizes. On the 1.0, might wanna hunt around for #5s. The 1.5s, think that's a #4 or maybe short shank 2. The S cranks #4 or #2. Also, you can mix 2s & 4s to keep them from getting tangled. Last time I ordered a bunch I got good prices from lurepartsonline in bulk.

Majority of my 1.5 size cranks get Gamakatsu #4 short shanks. Have been doing that for a while and I like those hooks. My 2.5's get #2 Gammys. Typically don't go above a 2.5 or below the 1.5, can't really comment on the others.
I use Mustad triple grips.
1.0 = size 6
1.5 = size 4
Don’t know about the other two.
X100 on the Mustad triple grips. Best treble on the market IMO.

I was coming in to say anything but VMC...
I put a lot of Triple Grips on squarebills, and really anything else that I don't feel like needs the best of the best hooks on it. I put #4s on 1.5s which are really about all I throw. I've stuck a #2 on the front before, but it makes them grab too much stuff. I suspect you'd want #1 a 4.0.
Owner ST-36s and 41s are some of my favorites otherwise as mentioned above, as are the Gamakatsu Nanos. I've used the MH version of the latter on some deep divers and walking baits with a lot of luck, but they're just too spendy for me to put on a squarebill that I'm likely to lose. The regular Gamy Nanos also work amazingly on jerkbaits and smaller topwaters.

after some measuring and matching here are the sizes i cam up with, stock hook not triple grips i am assuming you can you the same size in triple grips
1.0-#6
1.5- #4
2.0- #2
4.0- #2
Red Eye 1/4- #6
Red Eye 1/2- #4
In a lot of cases you can get away with upsizing the Triple Grips, at least the short shank versions. Not to say that you have to, but I think the situations where you can it allows you take advantage of their benefits (losing less fish) while reducing their drawback (a lower hookup percentage for a given size).

I use #2 EWG on 1.5 size squarebills. Work well for me.
The Owner Stinger ST-36 and ST-41 are the main hooks I use now. ST-35 if you need/want a short shank
