    Rod Repair Near Bowling Green, KY

    Looking for someone in the Bowling Green area that does good rod repair work? Need a guide or two replaced on my St. Croixs...

    I used to use a guy from Brownsville, Chris Newkirk. He is a state trooper, but does rod repairs, reel cleaning, and rod repairs. I haven't needed him in a couple of years, but he always did top notch work, pretty fast, and great prices. He has repaired rods and cleaned all my reels and even repaired a few. I don't have his info but he was once listed online as Newkirk Cutom Rods or Reel Cleen... if you are on fishing.com his handle was thelegend (I think)
