I went to Hiwassee (Murphy, NC). First visit and it's beautiful BTW. We put in at the ramp behind the "dam" store. It's a TVA ramp, so I'm assuming a county or state official can't shut down a TVA run ramp and only the TVA can do that. Is this the case? Just wondering.
