Question 3rd Party Fuse box placement.........

For the ones that installed a fuse box (separate from factory wiring), where did yall put it??? I have a small inside dash console but bought a bigger one and thinking i want to place it else where.....was thinking in the rear near battery or in driver side rod box but have my hub and LS box in there already.......if i place on inside wall, screws will come out in the tackle storage box plus anywhere in there wires will be "all over".....i like my wires hidden.

If i place in the bilge area all i would need to do is re-run wires to the rear which i dont have an issue with

So, longer wires if in rear, shorter wires if near console/rod box.

Here is what it looks like:

I have a 920, and this is where I put mine. Directly in front of the console. 6 gauge power and ground, and 10 gauge going to each unit. Looks like you have your Garmin hub located there. Before anyone says anything the fuse box is straight, photo angle makes it look crooked

You can nicely place a Blue Sea Systems 6 or 10 unit blade fuse panel at the bow under the cup holder area. It can be fed with the bow Orange & black wires provided at the bow. You can then wire anything ahead of the console easily on either side of boat. Be sure to use heat shrink connectors. Mine worked out great!

If you are talking about the power wire, no, you will have to add to power cable.....

I been thinking about moving mine to the bilge area for easier access. Mine is currently behind the dash and if I blow a fuse I have to take both graphs off and remove dash. Not hard but takes time.

Does anybody know what size terminal to use? Either for the aftermarket or the integrated wire fuse box. Thanks.
