    SS3D and HDS Gen 3

I recently added a SS3D transducer and 3D module. I updated the module to software version 19.1. My HDS Gen 3 is version 18.2. When I choose the SS3D as the temperature source, the temperature shows as 32 degrees. My 2D transducer would show 32 degrees if I had not selected the right transducer. What can I do to fix?

You need to put older software back in the Gen 3 and 3D. The fish reveal updates are the last to work on my units. Do a search on here. Your Gen3 should be version 7 and 3D 18.3.

Downgrade the SS 3D to this:

Save waypoints on the HDS once you have downgraded the module, and do a hard reset on the HDS.

All you need is to match the software with gen 3 on you 3D, which is the 18.2. Also on edit overlay, touch temp and select change and scroll down to source for temp and choose the source from the full list of data sources.
