I think one has 24" sides and the other 22".
My 2001 X60 had 24" sides. I think the 24" sides are a little heavier and are affected by side wind a little more when on the trolling motor. Probably just splitting hairs here.
My 2018 H17 has 22" sides.

I figured there wasn't much difference.
The X has a nicer finish inside... Hidden hinges etc. I had an H-56 and the X18 was much nicer. So I bought an X-19.
