    Glad I've got a kayak to fall back on. I can launch from almost anywhere.

    I've made a few improvements to the 'ol Whaler that I'm anxious to try out like my very first fish finder and a nifty shadow box for my phone so I can see the screen. I'm just beginning to explore this area and was really looking forward to March-May fishing...oh well.

    Yes, fishing is considered an essential activity, and special boating restrictions have been put into place, but more and more of our ramps continue to close on daily basis. We are basically limited to bank fishing. Those living on lakes are the fortunate ones, they can launch from their homes. The public ramps that still remain open, their days are numbered. :(

    Our local paper stated this a.m.okeechobee ramps will remain open council mtng last night.just no grouping at camp 50ft.distance for boats while fishing

    Clermont is closed. Damn pontoon boats and wake boats! I really wanted to fish there this weekend.
