overall lenght - Tip of bow to transom - 20" 4"
Carpet to Carpet at front of deck where carpet starts - 45"
Carpet to Carpet in front of console - 79"

I thought the 204 tip to stern was 21’-7” and the 20’-4” noted on Ballistic web page is the carpeted section only.

21’ 7 is from tip of bow to back of sponson on the .204. Tip to transom is 20’4.
