    Saw boats on highland silver lake today. City owned, 50hp limit, sticker required. Look on the city website for fee structure. Would recommend calling to see where you could buy a sticker.

    Yep.....I heard that they are not issuing lake permits to anyone who resides outside of the county. That sucks for me and others, but I certainly understand the need to put some parameters on things to keep the lake from being covered up in boats during a time like this.

    Did anyone find out if the Alsip ramp for the Cal Sag is open? I drove by Waterfront last week and it was open. When did the launch fee go to $20? Any word if they are opening the locks to recreational boaters? Thanks.

    They raised the price last year. The $20 fee included a credit at the bar. I believe it was a $10 credit.

    Decatur is waving fees is what I heard. Also you can only out in at the marina due to water level is what they said last week.
