    Power pole hole size

Getting ready to install a pair of the newest style blades! What size hole do I need to drill through the boat for the hydraulic lines?

    3/4

For a clean great looking install I would recommend some of these bulkheads from Hydrilla Gear. I did not want to do the grommet on fiberglass only.

Thanks! I have those bulkheads from Hydrilla Gear! Just wasn’t sure what size hole to drill. Those look good on your install!

    Thanks for the support guys!

The Hydraulic hoses will require a 3/4" hole to clear the fixed end on the Power Pole hose.

I use a hole saw with a pilot bit. Can be found at your local Home Depot etc..

You can use my bulkhead plate as a template to mark the spacing on the holes. The spacing on the holes in my plate are 1.5" apart which is the same dimension noted in the Power Pole install manual.

Rich, you're killing me. Is the hole spacing on your plates 1.25" or 1.50"? You told me a couple weeks ago that it was 1.25"
