    Water pump alignment tool

    Hey guys,

I'm going to be changing the impeller in my 115 pro xs 1.5l 3 cyl opti serial#2b110331 and was wondering if I required alignment pins for housing installation? Also if there is anything else worth changing while in there.

    Thanks

For the pins, you can buy two bolts and cut off the heads. The bolts are probably metric.

I just slide in a couple of drill bits that fit. works great. I recommend using something as the gaskets and plate will move when you rotate the driveshaft and will mis align everything. good way to tear a gasket.
