    Lake Murray shut down for 90 days

    I read an article where DNR is shutting Lake Murray down for 90 days due to Coronavirus concerns. I have 70 days left in the Middle East. Maybe this should be lifted by the time I get home. How will this affect the fishing?

    I don't have a link. I saw it as I was scrolling through the news on my phone. I have it confirmed the article was real. Just curious if it was to happen how that would affect the fishing once it opens back up.

    They probably did that because anglers refused to maintain a distance of 6 feet from each other while fishing.

    I saw that it was fake. But they did reschedule all of the High School Tournaments. I am stuck in the Middle East until who knows when now. We were supposed to be home in 70 days but with all this virus crap it may be July or so...

    Lake is open, I know they just shut down the Public parks this weekend, but all the ramps are open.

    Exactly right! 4 young boys out on their daddys boat. Not paying attention anything. I had to come to a complete stop to keep from getting hit. Once they finally saw me, they didnt even react. Dick punches were due for all 4!!!
