    Thumbs Up Carpet Tape?

I'm planning on putting an outdoor rubber backed carpet on my front porch steps and a piece 4' wide running to the door. I'll be cutting 1' wide strips for the steps. The last carpet I had on I used outdoor carpet adhesive and it took me forever to remove the adhesive when I ripped up the carpet. What do you think of the carpet tapes instead of glue. Any idea of how it holds up in the snow and cold weather? The steps are not protected. I'm also wondering about removing the carpet when the time comes. THANK YOU!

You may want to research pressure sensitive glue...Not sure if its rated for exterior...the tape most likely will not hold for long...also...you may want to research a Uni-back exterior carpet rather than rubber back...the rubber is usually what leaves a big mess with the general purpose glue. Hope I have been of some help!
