    Duckett guide repair, Wilmington, NC

I know no one here fishes Ducketts except me, but in case you're ever need to replace a guide, Tex's Tackle in Wilmington, uses a gentlemen who does a great job. Duckett sent me a bunch of guides free of charge, and it cost me $10 to have Tex's repairmen replace the guide that failed. His work looks great and the price is right.

Out of curiosity can a guide midway down the rod be replaced? Thought I heard one time they couldn't.

Yes, as Lightning 6 said. My broken guide was the second guide from the bottom.
