    KY fish beds

    Was on KY around sugar and Duncan bays and there are concrete squares all along the banks , looks like the tops are concave ?
    I figured fish and wildlife put them out for fish beds but can anyone tell me what species they are for ?

    I would guess they are noodling boxes. Quite a few guys and gals from here like to wrestle with them big catfish.

    I have seen the boxes and these are different , these are concrete, flat , blocks that look to have a slight concave in the top .

    Seems like I saw something on facebook about these along with some pics. Trying them out as spawning habitat? I can't remember all of it.. round wells in them? I'm pretty sure someone with F&W? responded that they were trying them in a few places?
