    here are pictures of the labels on the y cable. I'd expect the 720101-1 should be were the 490476-2 is if it was the correct part.

    That is the 9 M SIDB Y cable, it has 6 pins in the display plug.
    The AS SIDB Y cable has Side Imaging on the tag and has 5 pins in the display plug.

    Before the heat and hammer, chip away all the excess epoxy around the transducer, THEN whack it.

    One more thing, make sure the new transducer is working properly BEFORE you attach it to the hull---don't assume it is perfect.

    Good reminder, I did test this one with a sand bag and some water in bilge. Looks like I did a good job epoxying this one lol

    Well it came out pretty easy, cleaned up the outer epoxy as suggested first. Appreciate the tips!
