    Question- 225 HDPI

    I have a 2008 Yamaha 225 HDPI and every now and then while runnning at different RPM's it acts like it cuts off for just a second. Probably not even a sec. It is like a hiccup. Last time out, I was running on plain at 5000 rpms and it did it then went back to running fine. Before that, it did it at 3000 rpms. Any ideas of what could be happening?

    One of many fuel filters. Mine is doing the same thing. I've ordered them and getting ready to replace them this weekend along with the plugs.

    Mine did it and it was a coil going out. At first I replaced all filters including basket filters but did not fix my problem. It
    ended up being a bad coil.
