    Detox Diet

    Lifetime Fitness Center sponsors a “Detox Diet” that cleanses the toxins out of your system during a 14 day period.
    Shakes with their supplements once a day for 10 days, twice a day for the last 4. Lose corn, gluten, soy, peanuts, dairy, sugar, caffeine, alcohol, and anything processed.

    Eating meals with turkey, chicken, lean beef, fish as protein, salads, veggies, fruits and drinking massive amounts of water.

    I have shaved my belly fat that was getting a little to big, dropped 12 pounds in 12 days, feel better, and plan on maintaining most of my diet going forward as it is easy to maintain. They provide a maintenance shake mix with multi-vitamins, veggies, protein and probiotics for occasional shakes.

    Moderate workouts during this time has helped-4 times a week.

    If I can do it anyone can.

    Four months later, still down the 19 pounds lost back in February and March.
    Eating mostly normal foods now but watching the weight daily.
    Trying this week to start to shake a few more off.
    I highly recommend this Life Time Detox Diet and vegetable based protein supplement.
    It was an easy two week diet that has helped me greatly.
