    Mid May haha. Last year it was May 19 but it’s usually Idle only that early in the spring due to flooding. It’s a small bay about 1/3 of the size of Sodus; Sodus has more fish, bigger fish, and more variety of fishing though. little Sodus is just closer and more nostalgic for me

    Sodus is great fishing starting in late April. May is even better. Once the water gets to the mid to higher 40s. There is a speed restriction due to high water. Laster year it was no wake within 500' of shore. Years past it was the whole bay. By third weekend some of the local clubs will be holding tournaments for rock bass. Launches will start to get crowded.
