    Asian carp I'll probably try at some point, have heard it is a tasty fish. Know it is bony though. Bright side one fish is enough for a fish fry.

    I have never messed with the slimy things, but had others prep and fix it and have eaten it three times. It’s very white flaky meat and not fishy or oily tasting and really good when breaded and deep fried. Leave the large rib bones in and easy to find when eaten as they are as large as tooth pics.
