Yes, and thanks for the clarification. We enjoy fishing Cedar Creek but last year we didn't fare too well. Usually make about three trips a year. Anyway, we are headed back for a couple days April 1st.

I've been once about this time of year. Didn't catch a ton but the ones I did catch were all over 3lbs. I ended up driving to the Classic instead of there to fish that weekend

Went by there today about 11 AM today (Saturday). Madhouse. Parking lot way over capacity. People and boats everywhere, pontoons, pleasure boats bow riders, etc. Guess I will have to go during the week.

    I never go there Fri/Sat/Sun. Sometimes it's a zoo Mon-Thu...

We fished 2 1/2 days. Got back yesterday. Water is at max level, milky, and around 57°. Two boats, 4 guys. Most of our fishing was in and around the old railroad cove area but not all.
No fish the first day. Cool/cold, overcast and breezy.
5 fish on day 2. High around 57°, mostly cloudy, winds up to 12 MPH
2 fish on day 3. Fished the morning. 60° by noon, Little to no wind,
Largest fish about 3 lbs. 6 on the seven caught on green/chartreuse lizards, other fish on chartreuse/white chatter bait. We threw a multitude of different baits and colors.
