I've been down in mid March but not this early but was wondering what water temperature maybe. Looking to get out and enjoyed that lake

I haven't been on the water, but i'd say mid 40s will catch it. I will say i've been around it a bunch & have only saw one boat on the water in the last couple weeks & have been to all the ramps.
Last weekend water temp was 42-43 and still pretty stained up. We got skunked.
That s a heck of a lake- for me anyways- warmer the better
Interested too

Thanks for the information. Still undecided on making the trip down can't stand it waiting to fish up here
Just man up and go!! And throw the A-rig on the dam!!
It’s a great jig lake too
I plan on driving around it today to look at water color. If it looks decent, I’ll probably be out there tomorrow.
Seen Bradley Roy caught a dam nice one there today filming a show
Fished it today. We caught 4. Biggest was 5lbs. Water varied from muddy to slightly stained. Temps ranged from 45 to 50.
Any updates on Cedar Creek Lake?

Water was muddy in the bays that had streams draining into them. The lower half had decent visibility, but the mud line is moving through. The bite was surprisingly slow yesterday for me.
Hope some of you guys realize you are talking about two different lakes here.
LOL!
Thanks

What’s the other one? I assumed we were talking about Cedar Creek in Lincoln County.
I was definitely meaning Cedar Creek in KY.
