    1991 Ranger 375V Fuel Tank

My 1991 Ranger 375V has 1 - 24 gallon tank, however my wiring diagram shows 2 - 12 gallon tanks. Is this a factory 24 gallon tank or did someone replace the 2 - 12 gallon tanks with the one tank?

    Thanks,
    David

I would check with Ranger, probably find it was built that way.

I would think that if it ever had 2 tanks you would have 2 fills and 2 vents on the top cap somewhere or holes covered up.

You are correct that it has only one fill hole and a vent on the other side

If you don't see anything (holes) covered up, I would say it came with one tank. I have 2 x 14 gallons in mine and wish it only had 1 tank. Do you know how many times I have run out of gas with a full tank?...... a lot.

Also, I assume you don't have a fuel tank selector valve (port / starboard)? If no, another reason to believe it came with one tank.

Yeah I’m guessing the wiring diagram is off
