I'll be heading back tomorrow to pick up a few. BTW the shelves were fully stocked altough there are a couple less aisles of fishing gear.
If I buy locally, I buy at Dick's. Walmarts in my area suck. Lures are the only decent fishing items Walmart carries, but I can get them cheaper when Dick's is having a sale. I have bought a few things at Ollies. Mostly plastics. Whenever I have made a trip to Cabela's, they never had a sale on lures. At least not on anything I was interested in.

I am coming to love Amazon Prime. Free shipping. Just have to buy qualifying items. Sometimes have good prices...but often only on one color (lures/plastics)...which is okay if that is the color you were looking for.

Obviously, but beyond not fishing them and using a lesser quality bait what’s the solution besides trying to find them on sale.
