    Proof Lake Harris Still Has them

    Got this one yesterday 10.12, had fog until 11am, only bite and only fish for the day, well worth it!

    Good one. Man, I miss that place. I was stationed at Pope AFB from 1983 until 1992 and fished there pretty frequently.

    Nice catch!

    I have no doubt it still has them, but for how long? That bass grew in a habitat that is gone. Without it, there won’t be anything to replace her when she’s gone.

    While I have heard that as long time if we don't see a big fish kill for some odd reason where can they go? The bank/5 gal bucket guys are not taking anymore than they once were so where would "she" go? While the veg helped I think it is the slot limit that truly makes it special.
