Anyone know if the new lower units with the updated gear ratios are out yet? Wondering if dealers will do a swap, or if there are more components that are different besides just the lower unit.

I would love to know this as well. I have my 200SS and would love to get more top end.

Called my dealer. I think they're already out now. The US website of the DF200SS lists 2.00:1. The australian version still lists 2.5:1. They recommended not doing it, but just because of price. They have no idea whether it's just a lower unit swap or if it's more involved. They said 3000 to 4000 dollars which isn't unreasonable....may call them later this year or next year when I get the funds.Originally Posted by firemech048
