Can I use 12x4.8 in place of 12x4's?

On a tracker 1448 trailer. Wondering if I can replace the 12x4 wheels and tires with a 12x4.8 wheel and tire combo without having fender or other rubbing issues.
1448 Tracker 2017 Trailer.

Typically the difference in diameter is going to be less than an eight of an inch, meaning the clearance difference will be less than a sixteenth.
