Went to the plant today, Jeff Hartung gave us the VIP tour, man it was awesome, found my boat at almost the last stage of the process, 3 more days till my new 921 elite !!!! Can’t wait !!!!
If you haven’t been it’s well worth the trip to go take a tour. Jeff is a super guy and can answer all your questions

After a long weekend trip to Nashville, the wife told me the highlight of the trip for her was taking the phoenix tour over the downtown county bar scene.

Back in the earlier days, I was in the area and thought I would stop by the plant. We got there at almost 5 and tpahought we were not going to be able to take a plant tour. I am sorry that I don't remember the young guys name, but he came to the door and asked were we there to pick up a boat. I stated that we wanted to see the plant, but I said its 5 and you are closed. To our surprise, he said, Come on in, I will take you on a tour. He took us to each station and explained what was done at that station. He took us through each and everyone. About an hour and half later, we shook hands and that's when I knew I was getting a Phoenix boat.

The young man could have told us they were closed, but he took the time to explain everything about the boat. I also have to give KODOS to Tim in service, Second to none in the industry
