Bow roller replacement

2014 z521c what replacement are you using if you've replaced it, I know I can get a replacement from Ranger parts but has anyone found a softer roller that works good?

I got a tip from my dealer that is simple and why didn't I think of that. He said loosen the bow roller nut and bolt, so that the bow roller spins. It was cranked down from the factory and when I put a new one on, I did the same thing and cranked it down. Of course my bow roller has scraped the bow of the boat. It now rolls and no longer leaves marks. I replaced it with one from West Marine that is non marking and the bow roller and outside roller pads roll.
